BORIS SCHLOSSBERG – Managing Editor

Boris Schlossberg is the Managing Editor of 60 Second Investor.

Boris has more than 30 years of financial market experience trading a variety of financial instruments, from equities and options to stock index futures and foreign exchange. His career on Wall Street began with Drexel Burnham Lambert.

In 2004, Boris joined FXCM and helped start the firm’s FX Education division. In 2005, he joined the research team as Senior Currency Strategist and provided fundamental and technical analysis to the company’s global network of individual and institutional customers, as well as financial media outlets. In 2007, while still at FXCM, Boris started BKForex  with Ms. Kathy Lien. A year later, Boris joined Global Futures & Forex Ltd as Director of Currency Research where he provided research and analysis to clients and managed a global foreign exchange analysis team with Kathy Lien. From 2012, he was Director of FX Strategy for BK Asset Management and Co-Founder of BKForex.com and now he is also the Managing Editor of 60 Second Investor.

Mr. Schlossberg is a weekly contributor to CNBC’s Trading Nation and a regular commentator for CNBC Asia and CNBC Europe. His daily research is widely quoted by Reuters, Dow Jones and Agence France Presse newswires and appears in numerous newspapers worldwide.

Mr.Schlossberg has written for Active Trader and Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities. He is the author of Technical Analysis of the Currency Market and Millionaire Traders: How Everyday People Beat Wall Street at its Own Game, both of which are published by Wiley.

KATHY LIEN – Managing Editor

 

Kathy Lien is the Managing Editor of 60 Second Investor.

Dubbed a “Financial Prodigy,” Kathy Lien graduated New York University’s Stern School of Business at the age of 18. Her career started at JPMorgan Chase as a trader where she worked as an interbank FX market maker. Later she joined the firm’s cross markets proprietary trading group where she traded FX spot, options, interest rate derivatives, bonds, equities, and futures. This early start helped her earn more than 20+ years of experience in the financial markets with a specific focus on G20 currencies.

In 2003, Kathy joined FXCM where she built DailyFX.com, a leading online foreign exchange research portal from the ground up. As Chief Strategist, she managed a team of analysts dedicated to providing research and commentary on the foreign exchange market. From 2008 to 2012 Kathy served as Global Futures & Forex Ltd’s Director of Currency Research where she provided research and analysis to clients and managed a global foreign exchange analysis team. From 2012, she was Director of FX Strategy for BK Asset Management and Co-Founder of BKForex.com and now she is also the Managing Editor of 60 Second Investor.

As an expert on G20 currencies, Kathy is often quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Bloomberg, Marketwatch, Associated Press, AAP, UK Telegraph, Sydney Morning Herald and other leading news publications. She has also appeared on CNBC, Bloomberg and Sky Business.
